Since you implemented Cloudmark Authority, we have had numerous emails blocked that were NOT spam, probably far more than we actually know about. Of those we have been able to identify as blocked by Cloudmark Authority, the only solution so far has been for us to lose many valuable hours on the phone working with your tech support staff to have the individual emails reviewed and ultimately cleared by your Cloudmark censors. We now have a situation where the emails being blocked contain confidential business information that our clients do NOT want disclosed to outside parties such as your Cloudmark censorship staff.
I am sure that Network Solutions has thousands of other business clients who may or may not be aware that they are losing important incoming and outgoing emails as a result of Cloudmark Authority. I am equally confident that many of those emails also contain confidential business information, which your other clients will likewise not wish to share with outside parties such as your Cloudmark censorship staff.
